The Dulwich Spring Fair is a fun and FREE event for all the family, and The Norwood and Brixton Foodbank would love your help in setting up and running our stall there. The fair takes place on Saturday the 20th of May from 10 am-4 pm on Rosendale Road SE21, between Eastmearn and Idminston Road.
This is a great chance for the foodbank to raise money, engage with the local community, and
explain more about what we do and how people can support us.
The Spring Fair provides a whole host of activities for children including maypole dancing, face
painting, crafts, and balloon modelling. There will also be live music, street food, and cocktails!
We would greatly appreciate some volunteers to help us on the day, as well as some donations
of cakes and plants to fill the stall. These can be individual and loaf cakes, and savoury things
like veggie and meat rolls, small tarts and samosas. We will gladly accept a range of indoor and
outdoor plant donations.
If you are not a baker or a gardener but fancy helping out on the day, we need people to set up
from 9 am and helpers on the stall from 10 am.
We would appreciate any help you can give – we need your support to make this a success.
Our drop-off point for these is currently TBC, but you can volunteer and find out more
information by contacting Amanda at [email protected]
